I am recording all of my sessions in bite-size videos to be able to offer you another alternative where you will be able to learn at your own pace, re-watch the videos as many times as you like (you will have access to the course for 9 months) alone and with your birth partner.

I am including practical exercises, PDF’s and Hypnosis MP3’s that you can download on to your phone.
